Canadian Authority blast Trump’s Tariff Threat…

The Canadian officials have blasted the US elected President Donald Trump’s threat to impose tariffs against the productions from Canada. The US elected President who is supposed to take over the office on January, told that he would impose the tariff against the productions from China and Mexico as well. According to the statement of Donald Trump, 25% of tax would be issued on all product entering from the said countries.

The Canadian Ontario Premier said that he had ever heard such insulting from their friends and closest allies. He said it would be like a family member stabbing you right in the heart and Canada would have no choice but to retaliate.

Mean while, the Canadian dollar weakened sharply in foreign exchange markets. The Quebec Premier Legault’s idea was, “A 25% tariff would mean tens of thousands of job lost”. Canada’s 77% of its productions export to the US, and nearly 4.5 billion worth of goods and services cross the American border every day. About 60% of US crude oil import to America from Canada as well as 85% of US electricity come from Canada.
