ජනාධිපති අනුරගේ පාසල් කලමනාකරණය..!
ලංකාවේ අධ්‍යපනය අවුල් ය, නිදහස්ද , මුදල් වියදම් කරලද යන්න පිලිබදව අරගල කරනවට වඩා අධ්‍යපනයේ ප්‍රතිපල ගගට ඉනි කැපුවා සේය. නිදි මරා මහන්සි වි සරසවි යන දරුවන්ට රැකියා නැත. කුඩා දරුවන්ට පහේ ව්භාගය කරුමයකි. මේ ආන්ඩුව ජනතාව බලයට ගෙනාවේ මේ සියල්ලම ව්සදා ගැනිමටය. අගමැති තුමිය ඔලුව අවුල් කරගෙන මේවාට පිලිතුරු සොයන බව පෙනේ.
ජාත්‍යන්තර් මුල්‍ය අරමුදලද හැම මගුලටම අත දානව මෙන් අධ්‍යපනය ටද වෙන් කරන මුදල් කප්පාදු කිරිමට බල කරයි. පාසල් 2000 ක් වැසිමට රනිල්ගේ ආන්ඩුව කාලයේ යෝජනා වි තිබුනි. මතු පිටින් බැලුවොත් පාසල් සියල්ලම වැසුවත් අවුලක් විය නොහැකිය ඒ ප්‍රතිපල නැති නිසාය.
අනුර හන්බන්තොටදි ලමයි අඩු පාසල් සංක්‍යව හා ගුරුවරු සංක්‍යව පිලිබදව නිළධාරින් සමග සාකච්චා කර ඇත. ඒ අනුව පාසල් කීපයක් වසා එම සිසුන් එක් පාසලකට යොමු කිරිමද එක ව්කල්පයක් ලෙස යෝජනා විය. එම සිසුන්ට ප්‍රවාහනය නොමිලේ දෙන බවද සදහන් විය. එයද වරදක් නැත. දරුවන් සමාජගත විමට සිසුන් 25 ක් ඉන්නා පාසල් වලින් කල නොහැකි බවද කියවුනි. මේ ආකාරයට ජාත්‍යන්තර් පාසල්ද ඇගයිම් කරනව නම් හොදය. සමහර පාසල් වල සිසුන් අඩුය. පන්තියක ඇත්තෙ 10 ක් පමනි. ගොඩ නැගිලිද ප්‍රමතියෙන් නැත. ඔවුන්ද අපේ දරුවන් බැව්න් අගමැතිනිය ඒවද සොයා බැලිය යුතුය.
බන්ඩාරනායක යුගයේ විශාල මුදලක් අධ්‍යපනය ට වැය කර ඇත. අනුරද සරසව් යන්නෙ එහි ප්‍රතිපල නිසා විය හැකිය. එකල පොකුරු පාසල් ගැන හිතුව නම් ගමේ දරුවන් හේනටම සිමා විය හැකිය.
අද නව තාක්ෂනය නිසා නගරේ දියුනු පාසලක උගන්වන දක්ෂ ගුරුවරුන්ගේ දේශන ගමේ දරුවන්ට එම අවස්තාවේම සවන් දිමට ක්‍රම සැලසුම් කල හැකිය.
