Assassin’s Creed Black Flag by Oliver Bowden.
The book written by Oliver Bowden, is an action and adventure story based on the video game. Edward Kenway is a son of a wool merchant and dreams of becoming a privateer to earn a fortune. The book is set in the golden age of piracy, where Edward meets Edward Thatch who later becomes known as Blackbeard. He becomes a mentor to Edward and teaches him how to use a sword and pistols. During his quest for gold and fortune Edward learns about a treasure that allows you to see though another person’s eyes. Only a man named ‘the Sage’ knows its location and has the key to open the observatory. Edward isn’t the only one after the Sage both the assassins and Templars are also on the hunt for him too. Finding and catching the sage is like playing a game of cat and mouse. During his hunt Edward finds out the true intentions the Templars have for the observatory and his drawn into the battle between the assassins and Templars. The book is very action packed, and the mysteries keeps hooked till the end.
The first official novel of Assassin’s Creed: Renaissance has been written by Anton Gill (under the pen name of Oliver Bowden is a novelization of Assassin’s Greed. This book was published by Penguin Books on 20th of November 2009 in United Kingdom then 23rd of February 2010 in the United States.
